Every successful team is comprised of multiple personalities and skillsets, but at a mill, it’s especially important for the mill team to work like a well-oiled machine. There’s a crew of nine that make things happen at Muscanell, so we’re introducing them in two parts. For round two, we have Nick Begaye (Machine Operator Level 6, 2 years with MM), Ben Kontyko (Machine Operator Level 6, 3 years with MM), Isaac Coyote (Machine Operator Level 6, 2 years with MM), Owen Kraus (Machine Operator Level 6, 4 years with MM), and Chris Evans (Machine Operator Level 3, 9 months with MM).
What is your favorite part of the job?
Nick: Learning new things.
Ben: Working with at least a few competent people.

How has working in the mill benefited you in life (other than the paycheck)?
Nick: The mill has helped me with making time for my daughters, also kept me in shape.
