Muscanell Millworks at Brigham Young University

At Muscanell, we have the highest level of pride in our products. But, if it wasn’t for our distribution partners and the multitude of talented craftsmen out there, our wood flooring wouldn’t get the chance to contribute to the beauty of the homes and buildings it’s installed in.

With that in mind, we’d like to thank the team at National Wood Flooring in Utah for helping get our solid hardwood flooring installed at Brigham Young University. Since 1875, BYU has been an esteemed member of the American education system. Today, the university boasts a “738-acre campus is home to more than 35,000 students who come from 105 countries and every state in the United States.”

We’re delighted to have our 7″ Hacienda-grade white oak installed at the Bean life Sciences Museum.

Additionally, they chose to use our 3″ Hacienda-grade white ash in the concert hall at the recently-completed Music Building.

Fun fact about this floor: it is installed in a way that portions can rise up in a stairstep manner in different areas to highlight different sections of the ensemble. Watch the video below to see it in action:
